The how

Claude Code is my primary harness, extended with custom subagents, skills and scheduled agents for research, design review, QA and release engineering. I set the outcome and the constraints, and spend my own hours on judgement: taste, architecture, and knowing when the output is wrong.
Evidence: the apps on the App Store, built in under two months alongside a full-time role.
My app projects run on teams of specialist subagents: an orchestrator that plans the work, platform, UI and QA engineers, and an adversarial critic that has to sign off before a phase closes. Projects with AI features add an agent that owns an adversarial input corpus.
Ship rule on those projects: a 100% pass on critical-class inputs, or it does not ship.
LifeOS runs all of its speech and language processing on the device, using Apple's Foundation Models. At home I run open-source models on an NVIDIA DGX Spark, which powers my personal Hermes and OpenClaw agent deployments.

It answers only from a written brief, and the app facts in that brief are generated from the same file that renders this page, so the two cannot disagree. Every reply is signed, so a forged conversation is dropped before the model sees it. Requests are rate-limited, questions are logged against a pseudonymous id rather than an IP address, and upstream errors stay on the server.
